Violations

Sec. 16. (a) A person who knowingly or intentionally purchases
or sells a part for transplantation or therapy, if removal of the body
part is to occur after the death of an individual, commits a Class C
felony.
(b) This section does not apply to reasonable payment for the
removal, processing, disposal, preservation, quality control, storage,
transportation, or implantation of a part.
