General price list
Sec. 32. A seller of:
(1) prepaid services or merchandise; or
(2) at-need services or merchandise;
shall maintain for display or on request at the seller's place of
business and in the possession of an agent appointed by the seller a
fully detailed general price list of all prepaid and at-need services or
merchandise offered by the seller. The seller shall make this list
available to any individual requesting price information.
