Transfer by gift or exercise of power of appointment
Sec. 19. A person may make:
(1) a transfer by irrevocable gift to; or
(2) an irrevocable exercise of a power of appointment in favor
of;
a custodian for the benefit of a minor under section 24 of this
chapter.
