"Condominium instruments"
Sec. 8. "Condominium instruments" means:
(1) the:
(A) declaration;
(B) bylaws;
(C) plats; and
(D) floor plans;
of the condominium; and
(2) any exhibits or schedules to the items listed in subdivision
(1).
