"Emergency medical technician-basic advanced"; exclusion
Sec. 12.1. (a) "Emergency medical technician-basic advanced" has
the meaning set forth in IC 16-18-2-112.5.
(b) The term does not include a person while the person is
operating an emergency vehicle.
