Medical liability insurers; notice of suit to commissioner
Sec. 2. A medical liability insurer of a health care provider against
whom an action has been filed under IC 34-18-8-6(a) shall provide
written notice to the commissioner within thirty (30) days after:
(1) the filing of the action; and
(2) the final disposition of the action.
