Victims to be treated with dignity Sec. 2. A prosecuting attorney shall provide that: (1) victims are treated with dignity, respect, and sensitivity at all stages of the criminal justice process; and (2) the rights of victims are protected. As added by P.L.139-1999, SEC.1.
