"Person" defined Sec. 22. (a) "Person" means a human being, corporation, limited
liability company, partnership, unincorporated association, or
governmental entity.
(b) "Person", for purposes of section 10.7 of this chapter, means
an adult or a minor. As added by P.L.311-1983, SEC.23. Amended by P.L.8-1993,
