Return of firearm seized from dangerous person to proper owner

Sec. 7. If the court determines that:
(1) a person is dangerous; and
(2) a firearm seized from the person is owned by another
person;
the court may order the law enforcement agency having custody of
the firearm to return the firearm to the owner.
