Power of court to allow limited reentry Sec. 4. A court that issues an order under this chapter may:
(1) allow a person to return to the person's residential premises
to pick up personal belongings and effects;
(2) restrict the time and duration of the person's return; and
(3) provide for supervision of the person's return by a law
enforcement officer. As added by P.L.216-1996, SEC.26.
