"Lease" defined
Sec. 1.3. As used in this chapter, "lease" means a lease by a
political subdivision of any controlled project with lease rentals
payable from property taxes that are exempt from the levy limitations
of IC 6-1.1-18.5 or IC 6-1.1-19.
