Judicial review of final determinations
Sec. 7. A final determination of the Indiana board is subject to
judicial review under IC 6-1.1-15. The:
(1) local government official who made the original
determination under judicial review; and
(2) department of local government finance;
are parties to a judicial review initiated under this section.
