Class B recovery vehicle

Sec. 27. "Class B recovery vehicle" means a truck that:
(1) is specifically designed for towing a disabled vehicle or a
combination of vehicles; and
(2) has a gross vehicle weight rating equal to or less than
sixteen thousand (16,000) pounds.
