Officers and employees; salaries
Sec. 4. The commissioner shall appoint and fix, subject to the
approval of the governor, the salaries of the deputies, subordinate
officers, clerks, and other employees necessary to carry out this title,
IC 6-6-5, IC 6-6-5.5, and IC 6-6-11.
