"Motor vehicle record" defined
Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, "motor vehicle record" means a
record that pertains to:
(1) a driver's license;
(2) a permit;
(3) a motor vehicle registration;
(4) a motor vehicle title; or
(5) an identification document issued by the bureau.
