Fees
Sec. 8. The bureau may establish by rule and charge a fee of not
more than five dollars ($5) to cover the cost of issuing a placard
under this chapter to a individual having a temporary disability.
However, the bureau may not establish or charge a fee for issuing a
placard under this chapter to an individual having a permanent
disability.
