Commission to offer voter registration services
Sec. 2. The commission shall offer voter registration services
under this chapter, in addition to providing a voter registration
application as a part of an application for a motor vehicle driver's
license, permit, or identification card under IC 9-24-2.5 and 42
U.S.C. 1973gg-3.
