Violation of chapter; Class C infraction; Class B misdemeanor
Sec. 7. (a) This section does not apply to section 5 of this chapter.
(b) Except as provided in subsection (c), a person who violates
this chapter commits a Class C infraction.
(c) A person who violates section 3 of this chapter commits a
Class B misdemeanor.
