Design and issuance
Sec. 1. The bureau shall design and issue a safety first license
plate. The safety first license plate shall:
(1) be designed and issued as a special group recognition
license plate under IC 9-18-25; and
(2) replace the emergency medical services license plate issued
by the bureau.
