Permit requirement
Sec. 1. Except as otherwise provided in section 4 of this chapter,
a person may not operate a tractor-mobile home rig on an Indiana
highway unless the person has a permit to operate the rig from:
(1) the Indiana department of transportation; or
(2) an agency or a political subdivision of the state designated
by the Indiana department of transportation to issue permits.
