Traffic regulations; application to motorcycles
Sec. 7. All traffic regulations and all rights and duties inured from
the traffic regulations that apply to a person who drives or operates
a motor vehicle apply to a person who operates a motorcycle, except
the following:
(1) Regulations that expressly do not apply to motorcycles.
(2) Regulations that by their nature have no application.
