Officers
Sec. 5. The commissioner shall serve as chairman of the advisory
board. The advisory board shall elect a vice chairman and secretary
from the appointed members during the first month of each year. The
vice chairman and secretary serve until their successors are duly
appointed and qualified and may be removed for good cause.
