Motorcycle operator's license and endorsement; renewal
requirements for persons less than 75 years of age
Sec. 8. An individual who is less than seventy-five (75) years of
age and is applying for a renewal of the endorsement or a motorcycle
operator's license is not required to do any of the following:
(1) Hold a motorcycle learner's permit.
(2) Take the operational test specified by the bureau.
(3) Take the written test specified by the bureau.
