Renewal or issuance of license after June 30, 1991; operation of
commercial motor vehicle
Sec. 5.5. Notwithstanding any other law, a person holding a public
passenger chauffeur's license that is renewed or issued after June 30,
1991, is not entitled by that license to operate a commercial motor
vehicle for more than thirty (30) days following the renewal or
issuance.
