Acceptance of certificate of insurance after license revoked because
of conviction

Sec. 11. If a license is revoked because of a conviction, the bureau
may not accept a certificate of insurance unless the certificate covers
each motor vehicle registered in the name of the person furnishing
proof as the owner. An additional certificate is required before the
subsequent registration of a motor vehicle in the name of the person
giving proof as the owner.
