Multiple violation; suspension of license or registration
Sec. 3.5. If a person violates:
(1) IC 9-25-4;
(2) IC 9-25-5; or
(3) section 2 or 3 of this chapter;
more than one (1) time within a three (3) year period, the person's
driving license or vehicle registration may be suspended for not more
than one (1) year.
