Responsibilities of bureau
Sec. 6. The bureau shall respond to:
(1) a certificate of compliance provided to the bureau under this
chapter; or
(2) the failure of a person under this chapter to provide the
bureau with a certificate of compliance;
in the manner provided under IC 9-25-6-1, IC 9-25-6-2, and
IC 9-25-6-3.
