Registration of motorcycles; allocation of revenue from fees
Sec. 2. The fee for the registration of a motorcycle is seventeen
dollars ($17). The revenue from this fee shall be allocated as follows:
(1) Seven dollars ($7) to the motorcycle operator safety
education fund established by IC 20-30-13-11.
(2) An amount prescribed as a license branch service charge
under IC 9-29-3.
(3) The balance to the state general fund for credit to the motor
vehicle highway account.
