General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 33 Militia - Section 123 Control of armories during period of occupation; exception

Section 123. Every officer whose unit occupies, or assembles or drills in any armory, or air installation, drill hall or building used according to law for that purpose shall have control of such premises during the period of occupation, subject to orders of his superior officers, and any person intruding contrary to his orders or to the orders of his superior officers, or who interrupts, molests, obstructs or insults the troops or any of them so occupying such premises, may be ejected, forcibly if necessary, or may be dealt with as provided in sections sixty-five and sixty-six for like offences, at the discretion of such officer or of his superior officers, but in armories not classified as state armories reasonable inspection of the premises may be made by the mayor or city manager or the selectmen, or the owners of the premises.
