General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 48 Fires, Fire Departments and Fire Districts - Section 20 Penalty for violating provisions prohibiting accumulations of slash
Section 20. Violation of any provision of sections 16 to 18, inclusive, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $250 nor more than $2,500.
