Section 3. Each ferryman shall keep sufficient and safe boats in good repair and shall give ready attendance on passengers on all occasions according to the regulations established for his ferry. If he neglects to keep such boats or to give such attendance, he shall forfeit not more than twenty dollars, and be liable for all damages caused thereby. Last modified: March 27, 2006 |
