General Laws of Massachusetts - Chapter 93 Regulation of Trade and Certain Enterprises - Section 55 Identifying information; furnishing to governmental agency

Section 55. Notwithstanding sections 51 and 62A, a consumer reporting agency may furnish identifying information respecting any consumer, limited to his name, address, former addresses, places of employment, or former places of employment, to a governmental agency.
