168.975 Candidate deemed elected.

Sec. 975.

The candidate receiving the highest number of votes in the recall election is elected for the remainder of the term.

(b) Section 8 of article II of the state constitution of 1963. (c) Section 26 of article V of the state constitution of 1963."
