Sec. 32.
On or before January 15 of each odd year the commission shall make to the governor a report covering the operation of the department for the 2 fiscal years ending the preceding June 30. Such report shall contain a summary of the commission's proceedings during the said fiscal years, a statement of all revenues and expenditures made by or in behalf of the commission, such other information as it may deem necessary or useful and any additional information which may be requested by the governor.
