319.106 Interplea; appearance by interested persons.

Sec. 6.

Any person claiming to be interested in such lands may appear during the pendency of such suit and answer the bill of complaint and assert his rights by way of interplea. The court shall determine the rights of any person so appearing the same as though such person had been made a party in the first instance.
