Sec. 449.
The hospital director shall ensure that an individual who is hospitalized pursuant to section 423 or 438 receives a copy of each clinical certificate executed in connection with the individual's hospitalization. Each clinical certificate shall be delivered to the individual within 24 hours of either the clinical certificate's completion or the receipt of the clinical certificate by the hospital.
