Michigan Compiled Laws § 400.1165 Conditional Effective Date.
400.1165 Conditional effective date. Sec. 15.
This act shall not take effect unless all of the following bills of the 82nd Legislature are enacted into law:
(a) House Bill No. 4970.
(b) House Bill No. 4971.
(c) House Bill No. 4974.
(d) House Bill No. 4975.
(e) House Bill No. 4976.
