457.542 Subordinate court as body corporate and politic; powers; evidence of existence and incorporation.

Sec. 2.

When all the foregoing requirements are complied with, the subordinate court shall be a body corporate and politic by the name expressed in such articles of association, and by that name shall be a person in law capable of suing and being sued, with full power and authority to transact the business of said association, and a copy of said articles of association and affidavit, duly certified by the corporation and securities bureau of the department of commerce, under the seal of the department of commerce, shall be prima facie evidence in all the courts of this state of the existence and incorporation of said subordinate court.
