Nevada Revised Statutes Section 670A.110 - Banks and Related Organizations

Articles of incorporation: Prerequisites to authorization to commence business. When the articles of incorporation have been approved by the Commissioner and filed in the Office of the Secretary of State and approved by the Secretary of State, and all application, licensing and filing fees and taxes prescribed by law have been paid, the subscribers, their successors and assigns constitute a corporation, and the corporation is then authorized to commence business, and stock of the corporation to the extent authorized by this chapter may from time to time be issued.
