Death resulting from unlawful manufacture or storage of explosives; penalty. A person who makes or keeps gunpowder or any other explosive substance in a city or town in any quantity or manner prohibited by law or by ordinance of the municipality commits manslaughter if an explosion thereof occurs whereby the death of a human being is occasioned, and shall be punished for a category D felony as provided in NRS 193.130.
