False certificate to certain instruments punishable as forgery. A person who is authorized to take a proof or acknowledgment of an instrument which by law may be recorded, who willfully certifies falsely that the execution of the instrument was acknowledged by any party thereto, or that the execution thereof was proved, is guilty of a category D felony, and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
