Nevada Revised Statutes Section 176.285 - Procedure in Criminal Cases
Fines in justice’s court to be paid to county treasurer within 30 days. In justice’s court, when a fine is paid or bail is forfeited, the justice must pay the same to the county treasurer within 30 days thereafter.
