Nevada Revised Statutes Section 179.235 - Procedure in Criminal Cases
Interpretation. The provisions of NRS 179.177 to 179.235, inclusive, shall be so interpreted and construed as to effectuate their general purposes to make uniform the law of those states which enact them.
