Nevada Revised Statutes Section 703.376 - Energy - Public Utilities
Judicial review: Appeal to Supreme Court. Any party to the action, within 60 days after the service of a copy of the order or judgment of the district court, may appeal to the Supreme Court as in other civil cases.
