“Taxicab motor carrier” defined.
1. “Taxicab motor carrier” means any person who operates a taxicab.
2. “Taxicab motor carrier” does not include:
(a) Any employer operating a vehicle for the transportation of his employees, whether or not the employees pay for the transportation.
(b) A person who is the lessee of a taxicab pursuant to NRS 706.473.
