Authority: Designation of Chairman by Governor; Executive Officer; members in unclassified service of State.
1. The Governor shall designate one of the members of the Authority to be Chairman. The Chairman is the Executive Officer of the Authority and serves at the pleasure of the Governor.
2. The members of the Authority are in the unclassified service of the State.
