Nevada Revised Statutes Section 673.0321 - Financial Institutions

“Service office” defined. “Service office” means any office or other place of business in this state operated by one or more savings and loan associations other than the principal office or a branch of an association, where activities are confined to processing and storing data and records, accounting, printing, storing of supplies, and such other activities as the commissioner approves which involve no personal contact with the public. At a service office, payment on account of savings or loan may be processed, but the association shall have all payments which are initially received at a service office, rather than at the principal office or branch of the association, made by mail only and directed to a post office box and not to the address or location of the service office. The Commissioner may require that an association’s name not be displayed at or near a service office.
