Application for authority to engage in business: Form; contents; filing fee.
1. The request for authority to engage in business pursuant to this chapter must be set forth in an application in such form and containing such information as the Commissioner requires.
2. The filing fees are:
(a) For filing an original application, $1,000 for the principal office and $150 for each branch office. The applicant shall also pay such additional expenses incurred in the process of investigation as the Commissioner deems necessary. All money received by the Commissioner pursuant to this paragraph must be placed in the Investigative Account created by NRS 232.545.
(b) If the license is approved for issuance, $500 for the principal office and $100 for each branch office before issuance.
