Additional requirements for random weight packages of same commodity. In addition to the declarations required by NRS 581.304, each random weight package of the same commodity must, at the time such packages are offered or exposed for sale at retail, bear on the outside of the package a plain and conspicuous declaration of the price per kilogram or pound and the total selling price of the package.
