Nevada Revised Statutes Section 583.549 - Food and Other Commodities
Injunctive relief; specific enforcement. The district courts of this state are vested with jurisdiction specifically to enforce and to prevent and restrain violations of NRS 583.255 to 583.555, inclusive.
